Your Executive Board team, along with volunteer research members, are ready to represent your interests. The District team along with CSEA 262 have been trained on the principles of the Interest Based Bargaining (IBB) process, by The Bodine Group, and CSEA 262 will apply this negotiations model during the cycle.
