Simple, yes? The sole mission of CSEA is to improve lives. We improve the lives of our members through collective bargaining, advocating for classified professionals with the District, providing support in times of disaster and emergencies, professional development and training opportunities, and through scholarship programs for your family … and much more.

As a CSEA member, you also help improve the lives of students. You are a classified professional dedicated to serving our students to ensure their academic and personal success. Everything from helping register for classes to providing a food bank for students in need, you give not only your professional skills but your personal time and commitment to helping our students.

Every day you come to Mt. SAC, you support the college’s mission of “improving economic achievement, advancing civic engagement, enhancing personal well-being, promoting critical thinking, and enriching aesthetic and cultural experiences.” Your support of programs like the annual Students and Women of Distinction, Puttin’ On the Hits, annual Wassail Concert, and so many other programs enrich the lives of all our Mt. SAC communities.
